October Projects with Hobby Art

Samples I made for Hobby Art For the October television show.

Mermaids

This is the new mermaids set designed for Hobby Art by the lovely Lisa Pierce.

I made a pop us shell card I designed myself

The Port hole for my next project is available to buy from Hobby Art Here . The background was painted with the Gansai Tambi Gem Colours.

Under The Sea

I made a night light using the Under the Sea set and a few of the fish stamps from the mermaid sets.I added a few pearls and popped a battery operated tea light inside.

The next card was made using a pothole design i made from miri card the background was made using a Tim Holtz embossing folder, I distressed it with a sanding block and wiped it over with some alcohol ink. I made it into a shaker card and added some bird sand inside.

Shiver Me Timbers

Made a pirate chest and then used the Stamps to decorate.

This next card i used the elements from the stamp set to make a map and decorate it.

So September is almost gone already, a selection of my design samples for Hobby Art's Hochanda Tv Show.

Bee Friendly

Queen Bee Tag

Loved making this , who says bees have to be yellow! I used my artistic licence and  made them pink! teamed with gold i think it makes a lovely combination.

Close up detail 

I made a wind chime out of a grey board hexagon , the flowers and bees were coloured with pencil and highlighted with a white posca pen.

Here I made a honey comb shaped card using hexagon shapes and frames.

Coloured using pencils with a white Posca pen for highlights.

Bunny and Brambles

I decided to focus on the mice for this card, i stamped the large stamp twice to make a big background.I decided to make the berries into blackberries. Coloured with watercolours onto watercolour card.

In the Garden & Greenfingers

I made a garden Journal using this set,

I made divider tab from the wellington Boots. and used the stamp sets throughout onto the pages.

Here I made a card using the stamps onto some seed packets I made i went for an overall vinatge look

Village Scene it

Finally this month a card made using the village scene it , watercolours on watercolour card. edged with some imagination crafts starlights.
